At Potential we adopt the train-the-trainer approach. This ensures that clients are able to continue training their staff long after we have left.
A blended learning approach is used. We combine e-Learning with traditional training methods to maximize proper use of your. Our mentoring approach helps end users to quickly grasp the full impact of their use of the system.
Types of training for both end-users and trainers alike include:
- Formal classroom training – delegates are trained in a classroom environment with a single instructor using normal training aids and system training manuals, facilitator guides and workbooks. Training includes formal assessment and feedback evaluations.
- Presentation training – up to 40 delegates.
- One-on-one training – one or two delegates are trained at a time in an informal, relaxed environment. Training may or may not include formal feedback and evaluation.
- e-Learning – delegates make use of self-help systems to train themselves at their own pace. Delegates don’t need to be removed from the work environment.
